At Identiko, we want you to feel confident and feliz with your fragrance. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
- In cases of change of mind or incorrect selection, refunds will be issued after deducting AED 15 to cover delivery costs.
- Items on SALE or discounted items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We will provide the return instructions and return address directly via the channel you contact us on.
Return Conditions
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of the item.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
- Please include your order number and the original invoice in the return package.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
- Please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defective item.
Wrong or Faulty Item
If you received a wrong or defective fragrance:
- Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item.
- Let us know if you prefer a replacement or a refund.
- We will guide you through the process — any shipping costs due to our error will be covered by us.
Order Cancellations
- If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If it has already been dispatched, you will need to return the product before a refund can be issued (delivery charges will not be refunded).
